Growth & advancement

As you gain experience and complete new certifications, you can pursue more specialised, higher-paying opportunities as they become available.

Dedicated support

A real team behind the platform, reachable directly when something needs resolving during an engagement.

Reliable biweekly pay

Opportunities typically pay $12–20/hr [placeholder — edit to your actual range], listed upfront before you apply, with pay processed on a regular biweekly schedule.

The work

What the work actually looks like

Client opportunities vary in shift length and schedule, and each one lists its pay rate and requirements upfront before you apply. Before going live with a client, you'll complete a short certification course specific to that opportunity — typically a few hours of training covering the tools and protocols you'll use. Certification requirements and pay structure are shown upfront for each client opportunity before you apply. Once certified, you choose your schedule within the opportunity's available shifts and begin working.

Opportunities

Matched to the right opportunity.

Once you're onboarded, you'll choose from available client opportunities as they open up. Each has its own requirements and pay rate, clearly listed before you apply.

  • You choose which opportunities to pursue
  • Pay and schedule details are shared upfront for each opportunity
  • Opportunities are limited and time-sensitive, so timing matters

We're selective, because our clients are. Not every applicant moves forward — completing our review, plus the platform's own assessment and background check, is what keeps opportunities available for the agents who do. That assessment and background check are run by the platform and client, not by MASource. Additional qualifications or equipment may be required depending on the client program.
