MASource connects independent contractors with customer support client opportunities. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or party to any employment relationship. Any engagement you enter into is as an independent contractor.

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement with any client opportunity. All applicants must complete required screening, assessments, and onboarding, and meet any client-specific requirements, before being offered an opportunity.

You must be 18 years or older, a legal resident of an eligible country (currently US, UK, Canada, India, or Jamaica), and legally authorised to work in that country, to apply.

You agree to provide accurate information in your application and communications with us, and not to misuse the site or attempt to access accounts or data that aren't yours.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is owned by or licensed to MASource and may not be used without permission.

MASource is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in any client opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which this business is registered.
